When it comes to self defense, what price do you place on your own butt? Don't look for budget options there. These are rough times to find bullets that work for anything. That being said there is no all purpose 300 BLK bullet. Keep looking and test what you have.

Maybe start with a light crimp with the TNT. Jackets are fragile on varmint bullets and easily damaged by crimping.

A 1/2 inch piece of self adhesive velcro on the ejection guard will fix this. Does the case mouth have kind of a d-shape to it looking down at the mouth?
Also what brand of brass is it? Those almost seem to be sharp feed ramp marks.

Good luck fellas. That powder is super fast and is a shotgun powder. There is a reason it's not in the load data. Maybe the reason you may be cycling is because you are overgassed in the first place? I understand stuff is rough to find, don't screw up and double charge that, and don't think you are ...

You are going down the right path with unique case lube. Love that stuff.
Your Sheridan cut away will tell the tale but you may not be bumping that shoulder back enough. Make sure your expander ball isn't bottoming out at the bottom of the case as well.
