American Quality Ammunition
Bought a case of 250 rounds, pretty cheap - around $130. So far I have been thoroughly unimpressed. It is remanufactured 556 brass, I have had 2 that will not even chamber out of the 100 or so that I have shot. 40 out of 100 have a case length of 1.75+ Guess you get what you pay for. http://www.chea...

Re: 180 gr subs?
The new Nosler Noveske bullets looks pretty sweet, sounds like it will be a while before they are available though.

CMMG 16" carbine length gas system. Looks like 4198 is decent option as well.

180 gr subs?
Has anyone tried subs with 180gr bullets? Right now I just have 296 and imr 4227, but am going to jump on the next jug of lil gun or 1680 I see. I doubt it will cycle in my ar, but hopefully my lgs will have a ruger american ranch soon.

New guy here
I've been lurking for a couple weeks now, finally registered. Built a 300 upper 2 weeks ago and loaded my first batch of ammo last weekend. I have greatly enjoyed the wealth of knowledge found on this forum!
