Seating depth of .56" !!! Get a correct number. Measure YOUR seating depth.
GRT with the 180 and 14gr 1680 is 94% fill with .56" seating depth. 15gr is compressed and 57K psi. 10-11 gr 2400 will probably work better.

Re: What is the best jig to cut down .223 to 300 blackout
Don't remember the mfg, black aluminum with the spring loaded ball detent for the rim. HF chop saw. Very fast. Not a fan of printed plastic parts that will have any stress on them. Not very time consuming, chop, size and trim. Haven't done any in a couple yrs, still got a big bucket of them done. Ea...

Re: New Build - couple Wilson Combat barrel spec questions
My pistol uses a KAK barrel, works great. It is a 10" 1:8 that I wanted. Their cheapy off-the-shelf model. XCaliber is good also.

Re: 300BLK SBR Subsonic Cycling Issues
You only have 9k psi at the (pistol?) port so dia won't make much difference. Nor will heavy buffer/springs. A2400 will give more pressure, 11k psi. Seems like when the BCG gets dirty, cycling stops for you. My numbers are for no can so your pressure will be a bit higher. I use a 190 cast with 2400 ...

GRT says 14 is max for 1800 fps. & 49k psi. Never used lilgun but GRT is very close for my BO loads. Used seating depth of 0.44".

Re: Expansion of bullets in a Subsonic cartridge.
NO, it won't expand subsonic. Works great super. GD BO will expand, super. Good luck finding expanding sub bullets. 5% tin will from a snubby. for javalina, shoot supers with vamx or sst. Can will reduce sound and they will run after first shot anyway. If you got to be quiet, bow is the only way.

I've gone to 6 gr red dot (just a tad slower) with 145gr cast, works fine. Look for 32-20 data.
