I used form 5320.20 _before_ I moved....... Not sure if there is a form for after the fact. There's a yes/no box to check for "firearms to be returned to their original location".

I resized tons of Berrys plated AK bullets for 308 use (with Alox). It was worth while because they were dirt cheap blems. Factory crip die isn't dependent on case length and it's more consistent. Taper crimping at the same time as seating is difficult to get right.

1680 is also great for 7mm TCU loads using 150g bullets.
