You may get away with neck sizing only after pulling the bullet. If you dont size the neck, you may have neck tension issues. I would also check the finished rounds in a Sheridan gage.
Do you know what powder is currently in them? Some powders don't play well with "reduced" charges.

A. Get the thing to a qualified gunsmith and have the headspace checked.

Look into the Shooters World powders... they are really Explosia powders and the Shooters World Reloading guide will tell you which Explosia powder they have renamed.

It really depends on the other components of your build. Full Auto carrier and h2/h3 buffer, you probably don't need adjustable block. The other factor is the barrel port diameter. Since that is where gas originates, tuning the build to that is what you are after.

Also, check those headstamps against the Bad Headstamp Sticky on this board...discard all that are on the bad list, check the mouth wall thickness on any you can't find on that list.

For 147-155gr 300blk super, I have used 4227, 1680, 5744, SW Socom with success

For 300blk supers in the 110-135gr, I use 300MP or H110. I've used LilGun in the past, but have abandoned that powder.

I have a bookshelf full of Load Manuals dating back 40 years. I like to reference the Powder Manufacturer Load data along with the Bullet Manufacturer Load data.
