Re: In search for a sub minute 200 yard subsonic bullet

Time for me to lob some 180 Wedges out to the 200 yard mark just cuz. I can't find the card I shot last winter so I'll just give it another go. I could swap out optics to a 20X but then where is the fun of lobing those pills out there. Still have some Lapua 200 RBT left over that are Hbn coated too ...

First 300 Blk pistol

Finished assembling an 8” pistol in 300 Blk. With this being my first pistol, I am usually shooting 16” rifles with the 300Blk, impressed is an understatement! Nothing special here with components just assembled with detail to proper assembly and torque. I always hand lap my barrels and polish the f...

Re: 300 + Yards

Have only tested subs at 200 yards with 180 Wedge bullets, keeping them in a 3" group is easily doable, consistant sub moa is another creature to tame. I would think my 135 grain supers would be boringly accurate  Then there is always TROM Tech https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wg2iR6vjwQU

Re: CFE BLK

Digging up an older brass/CFE project, last time I tested Lake City and Federal commercial converted brass for accuracy with the 265 DS Special. This time I have WMA, Rem brass and federal commercial brass for the control round to evaluate. Still using 12 grains of CFE BLK with 2.120" C.O.L. Al...

Re: Some of the greatest threads ever created here

Thanks rebel this will make for some good reading! I use the custom search engine (https://cse.google.com/cse?cx=017035176797849930736:7tl9hapdoi0) you guys gave me years ago to dig deeper into this cartridge. Seems this little dandy is always teaching me something new to squeeze better preformance ...
