5744 works fine for 208 and 220 in my 16" and 8.5" CMMG bbl
Only drawback is the gnarly gravel extruded shape.... doesn't meter.

+1 for those Wideners D&H 300blk mags. I got a couple simply for the "300" marking, originally, but was pleasantly surprised by how much better they work with subs.
