I just looked at some IMR 4227 that I've had for a few years, it does indeed look like that, though even under my lighted magnifier it is quite small. It has proven to be darn quiet in some of my test loads.

Grew up in NW Montana, with BC to the north. When visiting in South Carolina, some folks asked if we were Canadian...eh. Meanwhile, I understood dang little of what them folks were dishin'. I've not used the faster two numbers, but N120 is the shiz in my bolt gun. Stupid accurate with 155 coated cast up to 225 coated cast, and it works very nicely in the suppressed AR 10.5" pistol. I used VV data as a guide to start the tinkerin' with loads.
