I use a progressive press and for pistol rounds, I use the press. For rifle rounds (that have to be measured/trimmed after sizing) I hand prime. Some of this has to do with the feel you achieve with a quality hand priming tool, some of it has to do with how I set the progressive up for rifle rounds....

What do you plan to use the Large rifle primers for?

I bought a 5.56 barrel from ar15harware (Alpha shooting sports?) a year and a half ago...shoots great!!! Melonite finish is fantastic. I would have bought my 300 barrels from them, but they didn't offer them at the time. I might have to pick up a spare barrel or 2 at that price.
