Re: Asking here!
This type of stuff scares me. Is there any other way to clean our cans without causing cancer? A few known carcinogens from cancer.org: Alcohol Leather dust Diesel exhaust Human papilloma virus Processed meat Salted fish Wood dust Glyphosate (Round Up) Do you drink, have sex, build things out of wo...

This type of stuff scares me. Is there any other way to clean our cans without causing cancer? Cleaning rifle suppressrs is not something you really need to do. For the most part, the minimal carbon buildup over time is not an issue. You could I guess plug and sea foam (engine carbon remover) soak....

Re: Asking here!
With my 220 Leatherhead load, I get no barrel leading. Very slight amount on my blast chamber spacer, and some on the first baffle. Im at over 700 rounds of them, and not even at the point Id consider scraping it off. If it ever did get bad, research "the dip for silencers". Toxic chemica...

Re: NOE HP 311-247-FN RG4
Is there any particular reason you are using the GI mags instead of the oh so popular pmags? EDIT: Just now realized what a 358 Herrett was after some research so I guess those definitely would not fit in a normal pmag. That 358 Herrett is pretty neat. Do you have a right up on it you can post a lin...

Re: NOE HP 311-247-FN RG4
I agree. I've read a lot about modifying the feed ramps to help with bullets with a larger meplat but I never could find out how big they could feed reliably. Thank you.

Replied to pm
That's kinda what I thought but wasn't sure if it could be done with a pure lead tip. Thanks for all the info.

Re: NOE HP 311-247-FN RG4
Since the hp 247 mold is out of stock is there a good alternative hp mold that could be used in hunting for subsonics that will feed in an ar? I have been looking at the ranch dog molds and they look promising but can't find info on if they feed in an ar or could the non hp 247 mold be used and expa...

Re: NOE HP 311-247-FN RG4
Is there any way I could get the dimensions for those pins? I'll be buying this mold here soon and I would like to be able to hunt with this bullet. Or if I need to send the mold and pins to yondering then I could do that when I get it if of course he doesn't mind.
