Measured my barrel twist - I'm at 1:8 twist. When I pull back on my charging handle it seems pretty stiff. I'm going to see how it compares to factory manufactured ARs. First off without a chronograph you might as well be pissing in the wind. Also what's your barrels twist rate? A 1/8 will be borderline with those long bullets.
