Re: Polymer Lower?
Don't work with the .22 uppers. Hammer is not compatible. My Plum Crazy poly lower works great with my CMMG 22lr upper. I can tell that in a few thousand more rounds, I will need to replace the Poly hammer, but it functions great so far at about 1500 rounds. Mine's too fat - you have the complete u...

Re: New to 300 Blk and reloading
Be gentle with me.... I am going to start reloading using a single stage press and learn the ropes properly. My goal is to work up 1 supersonic and 1 subsonic load for an 11", 1:8 pistol length gas system. I have filled paperwork for an AAC SDN-6. This rifle will be my backup when I am working...

Re: Magazines
I use FDE furniture and Magpul Pmags for my 300blk. Black for my 5.56. PMags have worked perfectly for me in 300blk, and I like the snap on cover that not only protects the feed lips, but acts as a dust cover. One of my main concerns in adopting 300blk was the possibility of confusion with 5.56...Di...

The main purpose for a written reloading manual for noobs is NOT THE LOAD DATA. They all have step by step reloading instructions and a wealth of other tips and gotchas.uclofts wrote: I did not see any point in buying a manual as the blackout data wasnt listed in any of them that i looked at.

Re: New to reloading just because of the 300 BLK
I started with an RCBS Rock Chucker master reload kit about 25 years ago. All that equipment still functions perfectly today. I've been very impressed with the Lee products and they are a little cheaper, but do an apples to apples comparison. Lyman is good, but tends to be a little more expensive th...
