Faster burning powders in general will provide quieter shooting subs. I prefer either w296 or n110 for clean, quiet, functional subs for my 9” sbr

I load the hdy 62gr fmj same as I load the ss109. No idea what the bc for the ss109 is though

I once found myself in same situation and ever since then I write the bullet, powder and charge on each case of all my test batches with a fine tip sharpie

Anybody download their handloads to get less noise and concussion. My 8.3 hanson barrel is not much fun even with KVP linear comp using 110 V-max over 20.4 grains H-110. Thinking maybe using Viht N-110 around 16 grains to lower concussion. Any pet loads out there for. Might be some in the pet loads...

My method has more steps than some others process but it works for well for me 1) De-prime cases w/ universal decapping die 2) Chop off case just behind the shoulder 3) Wet tumble in ss media, pins deburr cases while thoroughly cleaning them 4) Anneal 5) form by running cases through sizing die twic...

I'll stick to my braced pistol for now. their "binary trigger " has my interest though. anybody here have any experience with it? I ran one in the MPX sbr until the disconnector broke. Fun little trigger and in binary mode I was able to keep mag dumps on a silhouette target out to 50 yds ...
