Re: Why is it so hard to shoot subs?

It's not easy shooting subs at 100, What are other issues that need to be dealt with and how to they compare to shooting supers at longer ranges? I personally have never had any problem shooting supers or subs to any reasonable distances. Then again I am pretty nerdy on a lot of stuff. I thin...

Re: First AR pistol build - Help Request

I would most definitely start with an H2 or H3 buffer. An extra power buffer spring would help too.

It's common with SBR/pistols to have a carrier speed that is too fast.

From all appearances it looks like your BCG is getting slammed to the rear and is being driven home too fast.

Re: Most reliable length for a newbie

I’m looking at a mk8 rail that only comes in 7” and 9.5” so my options are going 7.5 or 10.3. To get a tight fit between the suppressor and the end of the rail you should subtract .7 or .8 inches from the OAL of the barrel to get the handguard length you need. Any less than that and you won't have ...

Re: Ultra short barrel review

I have 3 or 4 300 blackout's inbound between 5" and 6.5". Although not truly apples to apples, I'm going to do as close of a comparison between them as I can. Not apples-to-apples in that one company is sending a barrel, another is sending an upper, a third is sending a complete firearm. ...

Re: Hello. New guy here.

I just ordered 1000 of the 217 grain .308 bullets. I also have 1000 190 grain Nosler CC on the way now. If I like the 217 grain bullets I will probably just order the big box of them .12 cents a bullet for the big box all the way to the door is not bad at all. Typically when I find things I like I s...

Re: Hello. New guy here.

Interesting - This has all happened pretty quickly. The bullets were available there when I posted my response, but now I see you are referred to Gallant. Nothing available for the 300Blk there either. Hopefully they will appear there shortly. The coating does not come off in the barrel and leaves ...

Re: Hello. New guy here.

Lots of love for the Leatherhead 220 grain. Fairly accurate and reasonably priced. No can find on the internet. Not on their website either. Their website says they are merging with gallant bullets. I am more than willing to try but I do have some questions. Does the coating rub off or leave any re...
