Re: Micro7 situation/problem
I have used both my Cyclone and Liberty Mystic on it. The Cyclone is heaver but shorter. The lighter Mystic has more wiggle room and is perfect for cast bullets. Both are quiet. Spending more time on load development than sound comparison. That comes later. How was the accuracy with the suppressors...

Re: Subsonic 147 gr. load?
So far I've been unsuccessful at a 147gr subsonic load that would function my 10.3" AR upper semi-auto and lock the bolt back on an empty magazine. My upper even has an adjustable gas block in the pistol position, and I tried with the gas set to wide open. I suspect it's a matter of any load li...

Ordering an Alpha-1 300 BLK upper question
Do we still go through Arkansas Sportsman if we want to order the Alpha-1 300 BLK if we want it a tiny bit different than stock ? I want it with a PRI low profile adjustable gas block and no flash hider, but I do want the barrel with 5/8x24 threads for my suppressor mount. This is the upper I decide...

Re: Alliant 2400 experiences?
I've tried it in a few 300 Whatever rifles. Never could get as good of accuracy as I do with H110 for supersonic loads. Couldn't get it to function AR's as well as A1680/WC680 does with subsonic loads (and that's with an adjustable gas block!). I gave up on it for 300 useage.

Re: Frangible Bullets?
I'm up to about 3000+ now fired through my various 300 Whatever rifles. Nice and cheap for plinking. I use 13.8gr H110 with an oal of 2.2". 1711fps out of my 10.3" bbl and 1779fps out of my 16" bbl AR uppers. I used to load them 2.26" oal but got about 2% broken tips when chamber...

Re: Kiss tactical 300 blackout lowers
Please correct me if I am wrong, but my understanding is that a receiver without a barrel is no longer considered a SBR. Therefore you could not register a bare receiver as a SBR (after all, what are you going to put on the form for barrel and overall lengths?). Furthermore, the person/entity actual...
