Your numbers seem right all the way around, it's possible that the bad readings were when you did the earlier testing.

Did you by chance change batteries in the chrono between testing in the summer and now? May be it was the readings then that were the problem.

I would worry about the affect on barrel nut torque. While torque can vary widely, the initial torque is 30+ whatever it takes to get the gas tube hole aligned. Depending on which way the nut has to be adjusted to tweak alignment, the torque could go below the 30 ft-lbs minimum. I'd rather not chan...
