Has anyone tried sierra's 110 gr hp? Its kind of a big hp. I ran some over 19 gr imr 4227. Shoots fine chambers 100% from the left side of the but only 25% from the right of the mag. I tried several mags so its the gun itself the hp hangs up.
Has anyone had luck with this bullet?

Re: P mags problem with some recievers not locking open
I CNC my own lowers. I have one pmag. In none of my lowers will the pmag lock back consistently. However mil spec metal will. The guns run just fine, one in particular ran 5k rounds with 4 operators in one weekend. There is just something about the pmag and them that doesnt work.

Re: 80% of AR sales should be 300 BLK:
Please forgive the spelling and grammatical errors, the Droid wont let me go back and fix them. Tactically speaking you usually DONT chose how or where or when there is a fight. Suspects use cover. Suspects dont care where the rounds eventually hit. Suspects dont generally shoot once, asses shoot ag...

Re: 80% of AR sales should be 300 BLK:
John, I appreciate your arguments. The m14s stay in a safe and are no longer issued due to ammo having been priced out of reach for training and qualifying as well as a change in leadership. (Think too aggressive of a weapon). The 55 gr sp are the only round we can carry as we stock alot of it and c...

John inNH I would like to add a few thoughts here. 1 Not all departments got stimulus money. 2 There are MANY Departments that only a few officers have rifles (many personally owned) 3 Some departments (like mine) have government m14s and slap worn out M16A1s 4 It is a shithole feeling to SEE your t...

Re: Logic of unsupressed BLK SBR?
mightI haven't seen a Gel shot on the Pink tip yet. I havent either, but my son took a 155 lb buck with one this year. Entered upper right shoulder, fragged through heart, lungs and esophagus. The inner left lower ribs were cutup with the frags in a fist sized area. I have absolutely no doubt as to...

Re: Growth of 300 BLK
I held back on the whisper and 221-300 because of factory ammo scarcity. Plus i wanted to standarize on a few calibers. Once ammo started to become relatively inexpensive and saami specs set down i perked up. Then reamers became rentable and my decision to build one was set. After shooting it and se...
