1x8 should shoot either of those with no problem. I would send it back and get a new barrel,it would really suck if you think you have it worked out and then it reared its head again when your supressor was on. Baffle strike will really ruin your day,week,month!!

Ever since I got my first Surefire I was hooked. I personally can't tell the difference between my 200 lumen one and my other 2 500 lumen ones. I've had some Chinese made ones that worked fine until I changed the battery and then it never worked again. Definite + 1 for you get what you pay for!!

The way it's cut out so nice it makes me wonder if it was done on purpose for a demonstration piece.
