I've had good luck with imr4198 for subs. Its actually my go-to instead of the "usual" powders. Ive found it quieter and cleaner through my gun than 1680 and DEFINITELY CFE BLK. More accurate for me too.

If you aren't willing/able to fork over the cash for an Eotech magnifier or something in that price range, go 1-4x scope. I've had a PA magnifier before and it was.....lacking in optical clarity.
