Re: Daniel Defense (Awesome Customer Service)
Received an email before X-Mas that the parts for the DDISR core upgrade were finally available. DD sent a prepaid shipping label and instructions for the return. Sent the rifle off last week and they acknowledged receipt yesterday. Looking forward to the new core and dB reduction. Can't say enough ...

Re: Daniel Defense (Awesome Customer Service)
DDM4ISR, thanks for the info. Contacted DD and I'm on the list for replacement. Same details you were provided. I did ask about the stock and the representative said it was a fairly isolated issue and since I haven't had issues, mine was probably not in the bad lot. As you said, great customer servi...

Re: What other caliber to SBR?
Taking the mag adapter out is even more reason to SBR a standard lower in my way of thinking. Ability to use multiple uppers instead of just one 9mm upper if you go with a 9mm specific lower.

9mm is a good project and great fun to shoot. 147gr subsonic loads.

Re: trigger shoe--straight blade vs curved
I have both and most are Geissele triggers. I prefer the straights but it's more of a personal preference due to the consistent feel than anything. I have big hands and long fingers and the straight takes the trigger a bit farther forward. Not sure that the cost difference between the two is worth it.

Re: Leatherhead 220 cast bullets availability
Well that's nice...and I've got 500 of the .309s I was getting ready to load. Not a big fan of accuracy and stability issues.
