Re: Anyone ever gofundme???
Hey guys, i got a question non-gun related. Our dog is in emergency surgery right now, and estimates on her bills are a bit on the steep side to say the least. I'm looking to sell some stuff, maybe auction some things, use our tax refund and max out my CCs that i havent cut up during our attempt to...

Re: understanding "trending" social media advertising
What does "trending" mean anyway? My wife looks good tonight, she is trending. Whoops, she is snoring on the recliner, she is not trending. What the hell is this millennial BS anyway? Who gives a crap - which is probably Plant's point in the first place. I'm older, impatient and infinitel...

Re: 180 subs, no suppressor, H110 powder how to make it work.
Since the symptom is not cycling, adding pressure (by adding powder or seating the bullet deeper) isn't going to change the amount of gas - I would think that it increases the speed of the projectile, which will actually reduce the dwell time, which means LESS gas back to the action. To increase the...

Re: Franklin Armory 11.5 in barrel AR 15, no stamp??
I’ve read that folks suspect it has a fixed, non rifled barrel segment, and then the rifling starts. It would make the barrel neither a shotgun nor a rifle, thus not an sbr nor sbs nor aow. It would seem to me that might make it very inaccurate, but has apparently been done before, eg with a rifled ...

Re: Dispensing with Forward Assist?
I prefer upper receivers without the forward assist. First, removing it reduces the weight. Second, the 'need' for the FA was borne of military requirements where chambering a round either needed to be forced, or done quietly. In the case of the former... If you are forcing a round into a chamber be...

Re: What headstamp does 5.56 federal independence XM855 ammo have
According to several web sites, Federal Independence is made by the premier manufacturer for the Israeli military, IMI, to NATO specifications in premium brass with an “FC” head stamp. FC head stamp brass is good to go for conversion to 300BLK. https://www.outdoorlimited.com/Federal-Independence-5-5...

Re: Deer Season
It's my 3rd year of hunting. Last year, for those that recall, I got my first doe; blackout, maybe 30 yards. GOOD eating... Even though it was... small... Well, this year, I put a tree stand in the back yard.. Don't have a huge amount of acreage, BUT, I've got a s-ton of tame deer.. While rifle seas...
