KAK has a 4.75" barrel that I've tested for accuracy and velocity, you can glean some of their data such as gas port location (or just buy one) for similar effect I checked out their gas port location. Thanks, man! It was very helpful. No problem. It's a good little barrel, favors the lighter ...

Two days ago, bagged a mule deer at 200 yards with a V7 6.5" barrel, Federal copper 120gr rounds, and an ACOG. Perfect hole through the center of the heart, coronary entry wound about .75"-1". Pics to follow.
