Re: Home gunsmithng gone wrong video

One of the Youtube comments: from the photo of the sear, someone broke the cardinal rule of M&P trigger jobs and cut a negative angle on the sear. I'm not familiar with that pistol, but the AR trigger requires a positive angle to be safe. I'm familiar with some folks that want to make a slick AR...

That is too cool. Do you have a bunch of build photos to share?

Have you looked at PSA (Palmetto State Armory)? Shipping can be slow, but good prices and excellent quality.

Re: Do you shoot cast lead in your 300BLK?

I got into casting bullets because of that same deal. Worked great until I want with a 7.5in SBR and silencer. LOTS of leading in that particular case. I'm now powder coating too!

I now cast bullets for a variety of calibers.

Re: Lights on your (super short) SBR?

I'm looking at putting a light on my 7.5in SBR. It's a bit frustrating. Cannot use the typical "tactical gun light" because it's really too long. The muzzle brake would have a real time with a light sticking out in front. So that means one of the small "pocket" lights. T...

Re: Lights on your (super short) SBR?

Thanks for the suggestions folks. Just to be clear on clearance. The light will have to clip to a rail and the front has to be just behind the end of the rail/hand guard.

Re: Lights on your (super short) SBR?

I like the TLR lights. I can use my finger to turn them on with an AFG. http://i1372.photobucket.com/albums/ag321/scratchthejeepguy1/Firearms/EBA44108-C050-4549-9410-4C61B1208337_zps0hsesbt7.jpg Humm, that looks intriguing. (gun propriety lights are a bit pricey ain't they) Is your AFG pushed all t...

Re: Bore scope

What the heck is this?? A home colostomy kit? Jees, this place is changing!

Ok, this is really pretty cool. I recall "borescopes" being close to 1000 last time I looked at one. This is great, as long as the picture quality is there to see any problem areas.
