While waiting for sub-x bullets to arrive I measured a factory case at 1.359" my converted brass is 1.3655". Seating the bullet to the sweet spot ogive for this barrel is 2.090" C.O.L. that sets the crimp groove at the top of the case neck. I will start with N120 and CFE Blk since I haven proven tar...

Have 200 sub-x in route and fresh once fired 223 Lake City converted brass. Only going to load for subs to keep case I.D. as minimal as possible, prep as usual flash hole deburr, primer pocket crimp swaged, case trim 1.365", neck turned to .012", annealed, collet neck sized with turned down mandrel....

Time for me to lob some 180 Wedges out to the 200 yard mark just cuz. I can't find the card I shot last winter so I'll just give it another go. I could swap out optics to a 20X but then where is the fun of lobing those pills out there. Still have some Lapua 200 RBT left over that are Hbn coated too ...

Have only tested subs at 200 yards with 180 Wedge bullets, keeping them in a 3" group is easily doable, consistant sub moa is another creature to tame. I would think my 135 grain supers would be boringly accurate :mrgreen:
