Re: Feeding problems Dillon case feeder.

I would start with a call to Dillon for their input. Next, google your question for a any threads related to this particular unit and issues.

Re: Hornady 190 gr Sub-X load data

Bob, looking forward to your results. I have used both powders in small test samples, just did not get back to the N120. Seems I got bogged down in some rabbit trail stuff and managed to accomplish little. Hope this finds you well and avoiding the spread of the current virus.

Re: New bolt gun / what to choose?

I'm happy with Ruger Ranch, have the first model with rotary mags. It's been very accurate, kinda fussy about blunt nose bullets and just a nice little package. I tried to like the CZ, a buddy's had similar feed issues with cast RNFP, as most bolt guns do. CZ makes a fine, accurate product. I had a ...

Re: Linear Compensator

I went a little different way, didn't care for the pig style can nor most really effective muzzle devices. My suppressor is the Bravo 1 from Elite Iron, it comes with a muzzle device that the can threads on and a linear style cap that screws on over the muzzle adapter when the suppressor is not in u...

Re: Sub sonic bullet molds

I also have the Lee mold, drops typically at about 225+ gr. Accuracy sucked until I started coating them. I'm gonna ream the bases to remove the stupid boat tail and extend the length and diameter of the the first 1/2 inch to .310/.311. I run the coated projos through a .310 sizer. Gonna use some Ea...

Re: No Hazmat Fee??

Midway has free frt right now, hazmat on a order of 8+ lbs of powder or a combo with primers is not really more than local prices. Some powder brands are a better deal yet.

Re: N110 vs N120 Powder

Smart move indeed, I left West Seattle to return to my home in Montana. I live in the Capitol where all manner of confused and self righteous 'skulls full of mush' are determined to create a world all their own. Following this thread, I realized that the 2 lbs of N120 in the stash have not really be...

Re: Brass of varying length question

I finally settled on just checking the sized brass in the Dillon case gauge. I'm OK with .003-.005 difference in base to shoulder with most BLK brass. More than that I start paying close attention to what kind and how much lube is applied. If shooting in the AR platform and not looking for bench res...

Re: Happy with this....Barnes 110 Black Tip

Very nice start! Like Dellet always says...seating depth test can help discover yet another sweet spot. I'm at 20.0 gr of 300-MP and 2.250, nicely accurate, just need some weather to shoot some other combos. Prettiest dang bullet in that little case....
