Yes, absolutely!southbreeze wrote:Hey Jason,
I should be getting back from Brasil in time for this and would really like to attend. Will the guests be able to bring personal weapons to the shindig? Don't mean to be a dumb ass, it's just genetic and I have learned to work around it.
Thanks,
Breeze

Re: Best can for a 300blk?
http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=6&f=20&t=342185 This would be a serious consideration for me with a Gemtech can. YHM Phantom .308 Ti can be found for under a grand and uses a QD mount that can be tucked under your forearm, but it is longer. Damn, that's actually kind of shocking... ...

Re: Best can for a 300blk?
Yea I think I may go with the Quicksand because i like the QD attachment better than AAC's ratchet type, plus you can get it with a votex flash hider and it is 2dB quieter than the 762-SDN-6. Mostly because of the QD though. For your decibel numbers, you need to pay attention to the hosts used, for...

Re: Going bravely forth.....300BLK AK

Re: New 300 Blackout completed
If you don't mind me asking...how tight is the can in the floating tube? It looks like you would only have about 1/8" clearance around the tube....are you seeing any contact marks after firing? Just interested to see if the harmonics are going to cause accuracy problems... Thanks If your SBR b...

Re: Shorty 300 aac but want a HK416c type stock.
I am tempted to chuck a hunk of aluminum in the lathe and make a smaller buffer tube and some stainless for a shorter heavy buffer. All I need is the actual stock that clamps on to the tube. Has anyone seen one? It's not as simple as making a short tube and buffer. The whole internal arrangement ch...
