Re: Cyclone-Cyclone K + 300BLK?
I was going back and forth as to getting a pistol can or .30 can next. The 300BLK made my choice. I really did not want another QD can, but the new SDN has me thinking. Will this mount on my current 5.56 51 tooth mounts, and will the suppression be good (10.5" & 18" barrels)? Have you...

Re: Barrel lengths
Since suppressors are being used, I don't see muzzle blast being an issue. Since ammo prices have yet to be posted, that at this point is a non issue. It does have the reliability of sub sonic use, while the 6.8 SPC can and has sub sonic loads. The 6.8 SPC does have brass available. While the 300Bl...

Re: A few pictures of the 300 AAC BLACKOUT
Something I don't understand in the 300-BLK.pdf file. http://www.300aacblackout.com/resources/300-BLK.pdf The following suppression levels are listed. Is this on different guns/rounds or all on a 300BLK upper? 125.0 dB Titan-QD 126.2 dB 762-SDN-6 128.9 dB 300-SD 133.7 dB 762-SD I believe all on the...

Re: Ammo?
At the Silencer Summit that we and Remington hosted in August, we had a Rem Model-7 that was chambered in 300BLK. Very nice shooting gun. http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs411.snc4/47437_440158228887_52234888887_4845093_462561_n.jpg Any more info about this? Intriguing. Rem Model-7 (16&...

Re: A few pictures of the 300 AAC BLACKOUT
theoretically yes. just leave 2.5" of exposed barrel for your mount and go to town.goteron wrote:Im guessing the 9" wont work with the SCAR-H with the KAC rail. If I were to get a 16" and cut it down to the appropriate length, could I just enlargen the gas port with a reamer until it worked?

Re: A few pictures of the 300 AAC BLACKOUT
Feeds out of standard mags? with standard M4 components? with just a barrel swap? Sounds interesting. Will Remington/AAC be selling barrels? I kinda like that little 9" PDW. Yes. Yes. Yes. and yes. :D I think I'm in love! ........not with you Jason, that's creepy. Understood Johnny. It's a ver...
