Re: Not cycling with subs
Based upon what I read AR makers are porting 300blk assuming you will be suppressing subsonics. That is a fair assumption. That said, a any barrel with a .075" gas port is not going to cycle subs unsuppressed. Suppressed it would've. However, I am one one those weirdos that wants to shoot subs ...

Re: 200 gr sub powder choice? Clean and quiet
Sounds like a plan what did you decide upon. I am trying to standardize on Sellier and Bellot 200grs. I lover their 124grs supers.

Re: Installing a Blackout Muzzle Brake soon
Which one?
I was looking at VG6 Gamma for my 300blk, but trying a KX5 flaming pig for now.

Re: Suppers and subs
That is very interesting. I have 300blk 16" barrel and pistol length and my gun would not cycle subs unsupressed. I had to drill out the barrel gas port to get subs to cycle.

Re: Bad Ammo - AMMO Inc
Wow, that sucks. I am shooting Ammo inc. 220 grs 300blk in my AR. Funny thing is they are the only subs cycling at the moment. I cont credit Ammo inc. for that, since the reason why they are cycling for me may be a problem for others. 200grs Sellier and Bellot did not cycle which tells me they proba...

Re: Not cycling with subs
I have an A15 300blk and had a similar issue. My goal was to be able to shoot any 300blk ammo suppressor or unsuppressed. As normal, 300 supersonics are going to cycle right out of the box flawlessly. In my case, i bought a brand new Aero Precision full upper and full lower, nickle boron Aero bcg, A...

Re: Problem with my empty casing hittng the brass deflector
This thread is so old, but my experience is new. My brand new Aero Precision 300blk deflect had just 60 rounds through it. I notice the deflector all tore up. I mean cerakote chunked out so you can see the shiny silver underneath. Turned out the open end of the spent shell cases was just knifing at ...
