Re: Long Range Rifle Scope suggestions under $2,000.00
Here you will get a list of long-range scope is a bit above your budget but is a very, very good optic (I have a few Trijicon TR23 including a couple of 5-20x). https://bobergarms.com/long-range-scope/ I have used the Trijicon TR23 and Burris XTR II scopes a lot and they both have about the same opt...

Re: Optic for first AR 15
Tell me what you intend to do with your AR. If you are going to bench it at 100 yards and greater - then a higher powered scope 12x plus. This isn't the usual use for an AR. In my view, you only see the attraction of ARs in run-and-gun scenarios. In these situations, a red-dot, holo-sight or low-pow...

300 AAC BLACKOUT questions
I was looking at the 300 AAC Blackout and wanted to get some input from people here. I'm not so concerned about the subsonic stuff because I can't run suppressed. It looks like it has similar ballistics to 7.62x39 correct? I'm assuming that it wouldn't be nearly as flat shooting as 5.56\6.8 at longe...

If you had $2000 to spend on a hunting rifle
If you had 2g to spend on a hunting rifle what would you get. Right now I'm leaning towards a sako 85 finnlight. Might stretch that budget by a hundred or 2.. what else would be in that category

Re: Recommendation for a goot hunting scope for my 300 BLK
I use a Vortex Viper pst 1-4 on my 8" 300 blk, I like it because it has hash marks every 2 moa so once I got my dope of supers subs I can shoot anything at any distance.

Re: Recommendation for a goot hunting scope for my 300 BLK
Currently i'm testing a new Vortex PST 2.5-10x32FFP and it happened to be sitting on my 300Blackout. I am finding this scope to be a damn near perfect fit for the Blackout. It has a good magnification range for the cartridge.

Re: Deer bullet options?
I'm even more simple than that ... 150 grain Remington Core Lokt factory ammo for my 30-06 and the same out of my Marlin 30-30...I am thinking of trying some Hornady Leverevolution 160 grain rounds out of my 30-30 this fall. I loaded about 110 grams of bullet bullets, so my wife would shoot with 308...

Re: What's the best site to buy guns online?
I have been looking at all the online sites for buying guns, I guess there all about the same price, give or take. What's your favorite site? If you want to buy online, then Auctionarms.com or Gunbroker.com are the way to go. They have thousands of guns, and sell from businesses and private owners....
