My bud took a decent buck at the farm. 110 Black Tip handload from a 16" carbine I put together. Shot was at near dark, 130 yds., deer running- took two shots (1st rd. clipped base of antler, 2nd was neck shot). We had to wait 'til dawn to hike in and pack him out- can't get vehicles back there...

Faxon barrel build-

Picked up a 16" Faxon Nitride, heavy fluted barrel and SLR gas block on the classifieds a while back. Both were low mileage, used. Price was too good to pass on and I'd never used a Faxon barrel in a build. Used a spare/new M.I. upper which I trued, BCM KMR-A 15" and mod 1 comp, ToolCraft ...

Would you trim (once fired as example) brass before or after using the collet die?
Seems if it's effectively swaging neck to concentricity it would need the trim step after collet die?

I use Butler Creek or similar for objective bells, the ocular end is another matter. Never found anything that works for the eyepiece's.

Is this rail removed by heating and unscrewing as it appears?

My 16" barreled gun needs a BCM KMR-A 15" rail.

That would depend on powder you're using.

I find that even with H110, which is notoriously difficult to ignite in straight wall handgun cartridges WITHOUT magnum primers, they have not been necessary in 300 Blk.
