I have had great luck with Buds guns.

My 300 pistol with a SLR linear device is not bad at all. Subsonic with ear muffs. My 223 pistol is a load sob.The two are not even close as far as noise goes.

I shot the pistol tonight. Ran like a sewing machine. Drive band sized to .310,nose.300
Alox. 10.5 of r7 with a oal of 2.1
Shot .8 and 1.25 at 40 yards off bench. No jams. It was a good day.

My mold cast at .301
I have some now that are nose sized to .3 and will find my longest oal that will chamber. I ran one with a nose @.3 with a oal of 2.1 from mag to chamber 8 times. The cavity damage was very small, but after being compounded 8 times , it jammed. I can live with that.

I will go measure one this morning that has no lube on it. I'm thinking .301 though.

The dies came in today. Easy to set up. Have sized one at .299 and a oal of 2.1 which cycled fine. No beat up bullets or jams. I will fine tune tomorrow. Thanks for the help fellas.

I have the sizer ordered. Will let y'all know the progress.
