Re: EOTech 300 BLK halo
I bought the 300 BLK model for my 8" rifle and so far, I like it. Other than battery life and shitty battery compartment parts, I've never had an issue with my issued Eotechs. They've always held zero just fine riding around in hot/freezing vehicles.

ATF/NFA stops processing Forms
I was talking with some of my PD co-workers today and they mentioned that the ATF sent out a notice that they quit processing NFA paperwork for a few months prior to the election. I hadn't heard that and if it was posted on here I missed.
Any truth to this?

Re: ATF Form 4 wait Times
7 months seems to be the average, so I should hear something next month. For those who mailed in your forms, (like me) how do you know they are pending? I've always just waited till they showed up.

Re: EDC flashlight suggestions
I've got a small streamlight that our Glock LE rep gave me. I throw it in my pocket every day before I head off to work. It's not as big a deal since I started carrying my G34 with the Surefire on there, but it's still nice to have.....

Re: First Build - BCG Question
They are definitely easier to clean for me. Not even close to the same PITA. I"m partial to the LANTAC for 556/300 and the Chrome BCG on my Larue .308 is even easier to clean running suppressed.
