Hi, its been a while since ive posted here. Recently purchase my 1st m1 garand, service grade springfield, from the cmp and was curious what sights people recommend for something thinner and more precise. Let me know your experiences as i am very much a newbie to the garand. I am also wondering if t...

Re: Bolt action subsonic 300 blackout vs semi subsonic 9mm carbine
I have a cmmg 9mm mk9 (9mm ar15) and have loaded subsonic 147 xtp's and lead 147s. Shot themthrough my suppressor and they are quiet but no where near as quiet as my bolt 300 blackout. I use a 178 gr load with unique powder so its super quiet. To me it seemed like most of the noise was coming from m...

220 swift vs 22-250
I know this is a topic that has been fought everywhere but i'd like to get some input from guys who have owned both 220 swift and 22-250. Ive read from many guys saying there is a negligible differencw in their velocitied. Also heard many say they get 100-150fps more with the swift and easier to rel...

Re: Adding micrometer seating stem to RCBS Seating Die
On midway both the redding and hornady say they wont work with other dies, but i have the redding and i installed it on a dillon 308 seater die and it has worked flawless. I love mine. It certainly was worth every dime considering how much i change and test different loads. I believe i researched it...

Re: anyone on FB?
Yeah, this forum may not have nearly as many posts that they do. But the true knowledge and wealth of information is here no doubt. Its just a bunner to see someone that is new and asking questions and trying to learn, and get attacked with all kinds of ridiculous things. I appreciate all the help i...

Re: anyone on FB?
Im on it, but dont frequent it too often. Seems to be alot of "know it all" a-holes around there (that are really just stupid and looking for arguments. There are a few people that arent too bad but the "trolls" certainly enjoy it. Lol. If you are really trying to get back there ...

Re: Micrometer seating dies - why?
I have a forster micrometer seating die for my 300 blk and i love it. 3- 300 blackouts +1 for my brothers rifle, multiple loads for each gun (especially the bolt gun and single shot) and tons of different bullets (all requiring varying seating depths). I love mine so much i bought another for my 308...
