The 9/11 of my parents, my mom and aunt would sit on the porch, in Brunswick, GA at night with the lights out, looking for German subs and praying they wouldn't see any.
RIP to all our WWII warriors.

I'm new too so having said that you might want to give RL7 a try as I know it's been used in both the 300BO and 223.

alamo5000 I won't go into powers or practices as other, better men than I have already spoken however if you, or anyone here for that matter, need to order on line might I suggest Graf & Sons. At this time their shipping/HAZMAT charge is $7.95/$10.00 a price I haven't been able to beat or even ...

Re: Home defensive 300 BO load that is unstable?
I agree guys the Lehigh 78 gr. load would be my preferred load but my problem with it is that in the two years I've tried to buy it it's been like hen's teeth to get. I do reload that bullet and have gotten great results with it which speaks to the quality of the bullet itself. However I'm not going...

Home defensive 300 BO load that is unstable?
Where I live the houses are very close together, between houses side to side is no more than 5 to 10 yards, front to front (across the street) 20 to 30 yards. That being the case I'm looking for a factory load that will stay within the confines of my home. I know I could go to a different round (223...

Re: MicroMOA 300 port test
I may have a printed copy filed somewhere, what were you looking for? There was a big problem with some of the most important part of those tests. Everything that was done with a carbine length, was done using an H2 buffer instead of a carbine, so the port sizes were larger than they needed to be. ...

MicroMOA 300 port test
Does anyone here have a full copy or know where a full copy of his test is posted. His site has been down for some time and though I have been able to fine a small portion of the test but not all of it. Any help would be appreciated.
I did a search but only came up with his old link.
