Re: Most accurate coated lead subsonic bullet you’ve seen

My experience has been the same as Dellet's.
I found my best coated cast results with the DS special. 265gr with N120 powder. This was in a RARR 16" barrel. I also worked up loads with 4227 but the N120 gave me tight groups if I expanded the necks and lightly crimped them.

Re: Sizing problems 300BLK

Is this a new die? Check the vent hole for debris. Take it apart and clean it. I would also try a different lube if it all looks good. You should not be having this issue if the die is good and lubed correctly.

Re: reloading S&B 300 BLK brass

I'll let you know. I just processed 200 cases and will be loading them this weekend. Mine were purchased last year and I used them for some baseline testing.

Plus one on X-Caliber. I own one in 1:6 and it is amazing.

Re: Welcome to the forum

Thanks for this timely post, Rebel. I can testify to this wonderful forum. I started in 300 black years ago as a newbie. I didn't know what I didn't know. Certain powders were hard to find in the early Obama years and I had to improvise. I found this group and did a bunch of READING. I learned bette...
