Re: Looking for a better powder measure

Technique makes a lot of your drop-to-drop accuracy, swing the handle up and down the same way for some added reliability. Watch your scale too, flourescnet lights and breezes affect scales. For my SANITY when dropping charges I tolerate +/- .2 of a grain. An electronic scale has an a =/- accuracy r...

Re: Little Crow Gunworks - WFT2 issues with formed brass

When I convert brass I form it first with a double strike and then chop it and trim. I haven't noticed anything with the WFT except that all my blackout brass grows on firing more than any other rifle cal that I load. Whichever the trim to length is (I forget at the moment) these all trim quite a bi...

Re: New to reloading / questions

Crimping isn't necessary but opinion's vary but when I have had to crimp I prefer to seat in one die and crimp in a separate step.

Re: Missouri Bullet 247 Grain - Keyholing

Isn't 100 a little far for subs? (honest question, I only shoot mine to 50). But I would say yes, up your powder charge by .5gr until you get the rifle to function. I assume you have the same function problem at 50yds but good bullet performance. I'm not totally sure how some default to needing hund...

Re: 203gr subsonic shipped for 55c

That 203gr "CBL" whatever looks identical to Palmetto Projectiles and if that's the case I'd stay far away from doing business with them. I'm not saying the product is bad, the company...recent experience was terrible, I made a thread about it in the handloading section. Merely pointing o...

Re: Status of Palmetto Projectiles

I did finally receive my order, I need to open it and check it over but the package is here.

I will not be ordering from and can't recommend Palmetto ever again.

Re: Berry's Subsonic is available

Just like Berry's to be late to the game and with an overpriced product you can get just about anywhere else for half the price.

Re: Status of Palmetto Projectiles

I placed an order on July 5th. The order was confirmed and a tracking number was generated on July 12th. Finally, it shipped out today with an expected delivery of July 23. I had sent an inquiry to their sales email a few days back and never got a response. My order was for the 200 count 203 gr. bu...

Re: Status of Palmetto Projectiles

Palmetto was active on here. However they have not been log on since January. I am very Leary of what is going on with them. And I was a supporter. That's what's bothering me...this experience is much different than 4 orders previously. Still no package and tracking shows it hasn't left their facil...
