Im no expert but that is awful grouping. Even my worst loads have never been that bad. Is there any chance you have a loose mount/scope ring? Worth checking. I'm new to the long range game using a 308 lobbing heavy pills. I'm hitting reliably at 900 yards now but I think that it would be easier with a 6.5. I originally thought the 260 would be better because of the increased case volume but a little reading shows that experienced guys like the Creedmoor ...
