I need to really see what it will do with a better scope and on bags. This is at 50 yards resting on the mag.

There's just something really wrong with that comment.jas8340 wrote:Just under 28 1/2". I didn't think it was going to fit at first and I ordered a plain ol' flash hider...but it has since loosened up and slides right in.

Except it's $19.33 for 20 right now. Buy 4 boxes and it's $14.33 after rebate. That's a great price. That's what I did anyway.

Re: Announcing - the new 300 BLK UMC - 120 grain.
What is too much ammo?? I don't think you can have to much of any caliber, if you have a place to store it and get a deal on the stuff it can't hurt to have extra. It's better than cash. IMHO. I decided to do an inventory. 3,450 rounds + additional loaded in mags. I still don't consider it a plinki...

Maybe I should have taken Cromwell up on their offer to sell for $16.50 per 20. I just have way too much 300 bo. The UPS man thinks I'm running a small arms militia.

Re: Announcing - the new 300 BLK UMC - 120 grain.
I would agree... except that in all fairness, Cromwells did give folks who placed orders the option to buy at $16.50/box. If you cancelled like I did, then missed out elsewhere I don't see that as their fault. This is the position that I take, as well. I got the call, too, this morning. While I had...

The Russians or Chinese will hack it from afar and cause your gun to fire at their maniacal whim. That's what the voices in CNN and Feinstein heads will say. But the Russians will program those voices, too, so, just sayin'.

X 7 on Lancers. Botach usually has the best price and even better if you buy a dozen. $10 each for 20 round clear.

Re: Why 300 BLK? This is why.
Those TMK should be awesome. However, for pure energy, on paper, the 300 BLK wins. 5.56/.223 is not irrelevant or going away. It shouldn't. But if you are going to pick two guns and one of them is a 300 BLK SBR, why not also have a 16-18" 300 BLK? Yes the drop and drift will be more but not by...

Re: Why 300 BLK? This is why.
A 9" 300 Blackout and a Mk12 SPR formatted 5.56 can cover all applications that I can think useful in the AR platform for my needs. Just received 1,000 rounds of the Black Hills 77gr TMK yesterday. I have high expectations of this round - higher bc than the smk and ability to expand. Just need ...
