Noveske makes a 1:7 twist. So far the 1:8 twist barrels are showing better results with the coating. If I can find a cheap 1:8 barrel, I might try this again. You are correct. The 2 on the left are out of my Noveske 8.2 1/7 twist and the 2 on the right are from my KAK Mr. Blonde 8" 1/8 twist. These were captured shooting into a garbage can filled with water.

I'm not worried about the bore, I'm worried about the suppressor. I have shot thousands of subsonic bullets that have been coated. Ahh, yeah you are right. I see it now. At first glance it looks like the coating is there but just dull looking. Are you shooting these suppressed? If so have you noticed any lead buildup in your suppressor?

Pretty cool. Obvious that the Hi-Tek coating is staying bonded to the bullet. Thats good to know.

I thought larger (.311) dia cast bullets performed better than the smaller (.309) cast bullets? Why would you want to resize them? I guess your chamber is smaller which wont allow a larger dia bullet to feed correctly?
