Ok, thanks guys

So I'm familiar with short barrel 300blk setups, and I know they need pistol length gas. I have an 8" that runs perfect.
But if I want to build a 16" 300blk upper, should I be looking at carbine length gas?

This is for supers and subs. Will be suppressed.

I had one and my beard was constantly getting caught up in it due to the open top design.
If your a slickface it's ok.

Where did you order it from?

I got some new AR500 steel in and shot it this weekend.
My subsonic 300blk took out large chunks of it, looks like craters.

We shot at least 200+ normal 55g .223 at it and none of it even left a mark.

The 300blk loads were 220g nosler hpbt at about 1050 fps.

Is this normal?

What number do you call for this?
My dealer sent off my last one 3 weeks ago and they still have not cashed the check.

All of my other form 4's I've submitted have had the check cashed in less than a week.. so I'm thinking I need to call and see what's up.
