Hey guys
Waiting on the SBR stamp to arrive and wanted to pick your brains for the best source to get 200+ grain coated bullets?
Missouri has them for $40 per 250ct, seems a bit steep to me, any other good sources?

Re: 129gr cast boolit for 300BLK
Just a re-visit to this post. I still continue to shoot this bullet almost exclusively out of my AR. A few thousand rounds now. I've fired a few other types of both cast and jacketed bullets to try them out, with great results, but always keep coming back to this design due to it being cheaper than ...

Xtreme 123gr bullets
Just got some 123gr Xtreme plated bullets in to give a try through my AR... Long story short, they consistently jam about every 5th or so round, have not been able to get a single full mag shot without a jam (not even close). Got em loaded to an OAL of 1.900", any further out than that and I am...

Re: Powder coating the super, duper easy way
Are there any new developments to this technique that I've missed? Been doing lots of research and am about to embark on my first PC mission over this upcoming week, using this dry tumbling method as it seems to be the most convenient for a person who shoots large quantities of ammo. Any new PC bran...

Re: What's your Biggest non-hazardous mistake?
don't ever throw wet brass into a tumbler full of corn cob media........ came home from a snowy day on the range and all the snow on my brass melted... tossed them in the tumbler anyway figuring it'd be no big deal and I ended up spending QUITE some time picking what I can only describe as light cem...

Re: lyman m die for 300 BLK?
I use the Lyman M die (size 31M) which bells the mouth I believe to .314" and the neck to .310" a very light crimp from a lee factory crimp die is then used at the final loading stage to remove the case mouth flare and put a tiny amount of crimp on the bullet This is perfect for me since I...

Re: 129gr cast boolit for 300BLK
I seat to an oal of 1.900" and it runs just fine for me
If I were to powder coat these I would probably invest in a plain based mold, right now I just gas check and tumble lube, and still can get 2,200fps out of them with no leading!
