Re: My little girl

Nice job Brother. Big thumbs up. Ive got a 12 yo boy at home and am nervous about the next 5-6 years  My son is 26, and he's doing fantastic. Got hls Daddy's work ethic and he busts his butt. All those years trying to pry him off that keyboard and now he makes a good living at it. More money ...

Re: AAC 12.5 MPW advice needed

I have a 9” AAC upper that i put on a Spikes form 1 lower. It is BY FAR my fav AR.

I would not buy a complete gun and go thru the form 4 process today. Ive heard that e-filed form 1’s are going thru very fast. So find an upper and go that route, would be my advise.

Re: AR pistol sight options

I can take a few inches off the barrel and replace the stock with a brace Not legally you cant. If your gun started as a rifle, it will always be a rifle. You need to begin your build with a virgin receiver and make it a pistol FIRST. Taking an existing rifle and shortening the barrel, regardless o...

Re: Home Defense Sub-Sonic Ammo

...I like my 300blk as a SD/HD rifle because i can run a short barrel and add a suppressor... The ability to suppress a sub-sonic round is what sold me on 300Blk for HD. Over-penetration isn't a concern of mine in fact, if the bad guy is behind a door/wall, I want penetration. My original request f...

Re: Need Help - Subsonic Rounds Tumbling

Ragged round holes could mean the bullet shape is just not cutting a clean hole. Keyholes or a oblong shape indicates tumbling. Could you elaborate on what you are getting? Next time you go to the range, dont shoot at paper tgts. Put up. Sheet of cardboard. Paper will sometimes tear and appear to h...

Re: Home Defense Sub-Sonic Ammo

In a life or death shooting you will not hear the shot Suppress the beast. 223 is HORRIBLE indoors w/o earpro. Shorten the barrel (10”) and its like being flash-banged. I know from personal experience on both counts. I like my 300blk as a SD/HD rifle because i can run a short barrel and add a suppr...

Re: Got a buddy for Ella

Good for you. We just got a new pup at Christmas to take over the role of the Boxer we lost in June.

Got a little French Bulldog (her choice). The other Boxer is still not sure what to make of the new pup. Time will tell, but i think they will work it out.
