The required barrel extension torque is 150 lb-ft. not 60.

Why did your Cerakote guy not paint the interior of your lower? Does the inside of the magwell look the same?

3 shot groups are not statistically significant. Try 5 to 10 shot groups and see what happens to the group size. What can you shoot consistantly?

How long is your buffer spring? What weight buffer are you using? You might want to consider using a Wolff reduced power buffer spring.

BSA TMG1-6x24/30IR. Inexpensive 1x-6x variable, iluminated small red dot in the center of the reticle, 30mm tube, decent quality for a "cheap" scope.

Worse yet........if the politicians in CA get wind of this they will require it on every gun that is approved for sale in the CA. No electronic trigger, not on the roster, no sale. It's the microstamping BS taken another step further. A back door method to ban guns.

My guess is either long ammo (casehead to shoulder), short chamber (bolt face to shoulder in chamber), or a combination of both. verify the chamber with headspace gauges and the ammo with a cartridge length gauge. Since you are using factory ammo it's unlikely but also case wall thickness in the nec...
