With my WW296 125 grain loads, I find the 300BLK no dirtier to shoot than my 5.56.

IIRC, CMMG used to make their 300BLK barrels 1/8, but have since switched to 1/7. My CMMG has a 1/7, and LOVES 125 Sierra Match King OT over 18.2 of WW296 with a CCI #41 5.56 primer.

I have a CMMG 16" flat top with rail gas block. I LOVE IT! I think midway USA has them in the $640 range, with Bolt Carrier Group and charging handle, in stock right now.

I run a 3.5 oz. H buffer, a USGI M4 spring, and M16 BCG in my both 5.56 and my 300BLK. I have had ZERO malfunctions. Soft shooting in both weapons, too.

Hmmmm.... Maybe PTR could make an HK93 clone in 300BLK? Or better yet, a faux-STG44 that uses HK93 mags! NICE!
