Accurate 1680 and 5744 in stock
Midsouth Shooters Supply has 1680 in stock in 1lb ($20.86), , 5744 1lb ($26.93) and 5744 8lb ($201.26) . I did a quick look and didn't see this posted already, but if I missed it, sorry for a double post. I'm always excited to see powder in stock. They do have 32 total powder items in stock, but the...

Re: Powder - Accurate 1680 - 1 lb and 8 lb jug - NE Ohio
I'll be in Millersburg, OH Christmas week and the week after. How far from there would you be? Depending on how much shooting I do while up, I may need more powder.

Re: Barnes just sent me 15 boxes of 30 Cal TAC-TX 110 gr.#30
175 (5 boxes) x 3 (15 boxes) is 525, fyi, not $600 sounds FISHY. I forgot to mention that part, but, it is part of why I posted it. Then again, when you're in debt, 525 might as well seem like 600...I always want to give benefit of the doubt, but in this world, I'm not sure we can afford to do it m...

Re: Lube inside of case neck.
Even with a progressive press I use a three stage process. 1. Resize deprime clean 2. prime 3. load I've been doing this lately. It takes a little longer, but I find I'm a lot better at checking to be consistent in each stage breaking it up this way. I do still benefit from the progressive since th...

Re: Barnes just sent me 15 boxes of 30 Cal TAC-TX 110 gr.#30
I just received 5 boxes of these from a backorder several months ago as well. For those interested, there was no shipping charge. This is direct from Barnes from a backorder I placed over the phone. Just thought I would share what you should be looking for if he does provide an actual invoice to vie...

Re: Primer Problem - Federal GM205MAR
I have been in a rush before and been able to force a few primers into place without proper primer pocket prep and had the same results as you. Some would go and others would not. Were they all the type of primer? I was able to seat 205M but not 205MAR. I've read the 205MAR has a hard cup for AR us...

Re: Primer Problem - Federal GM205MAR
While I agree a cleanup of the primer pocket seems to fix the issue, I was curious if anyone else has seen problems with one brand/model of primer working fine vs another not? Forgive me, but I want to learn as much as I can. I've gotten along fine so far with reaming it, but I will definitely need ...

Primer Problem - Federal GM205MAR
Has anyone run into issues seating the Federal 205M AR primers? I'm using a Hornady LnL AP press with once fired LC brass bought from a member of this forum. When trying to seat the primers, they often will not seat all the way and end up being smashed wider than the primer pocket if I attempt to fo...
