Re: Form 1 E File

It's a crap shoot.

I've seen some recent ones approved in 9 days, while some folks are still waiting on Jan 2019 submittals.....

It definitely is no longer anything resembling a first-in-first-out process.

I'm 300 days into a paper form 1 submitted before Efile came back online.

Re: 20/20 Hindsight

And if you take off the old muzzle device, make sure you have a way to permanently attach a new one.

You will have about a year to wait for a Form 4 can. Plenty of time to figure out a solution.

Re: Reaction rod

What use?

Those rods are overpriced junk for muzzle devices and unnecessary for barrel nuts. Unless you know what you're doing with one, most people are just going to end up breaking off their extension pins.

A barrel vice is THE correct tool for both jobs.

Re: SBR Interstate transport

What if someome is nice to you and shows you a fake tax stamp and you let him go on to shoot up a bank? Do you take a wrench to every 14.5" barrel you see to make sure the muzzle device is pinned? How about 922r compliance checks on imports? Might as well make sure..... Hopefully rental car companie...
