These bases are open. The core is really soft. I've experienced leading in my racegun comp using jacketed bullets with the bases exposed just like this.

I've tried. Can't tell any difference with our without HBN. Anything more than a teaspoon per 1/2 of powder coat paint , the paint sort of "fish eyes". Also tried it with the laquer tumbling method also. No good. I have 1/4 lb for sale of you want.

Yikes. Can't believe what Im reading. Dejavu . Last year most I was reading was bad results with the Lee 230 . Even by DS. Boat tail was being blamed for. I think I was one of the few who had good results especially PD'd(posted here and castboolits) . Now it's DS go-to cast sub. Won't be able to get...
