Re: Is this the right process for loading? Deburr necessary?
So nobody runs their range brass through a universal deprimer before tumbling? I prefer to have the brass squeeky clean before running it through a sizer or my forming die. I do.. Deprime - Lee universal Sonic Cleaner (I do it as I bring home brass, you don't want to do a lot at once this way) Roug...

+1farm use wrote:I think it does, I started tumbling in hot and rinsing in hot, now I tumble in hot and rinse in cold. The cold rinse seems to help the brass from tarnishing to bad later. The hot water does help brake up the carbin inside the case. Like washing greasy dishes in hot water.

Re: This is weird
That shoulder doesn't look right but it could be the photo.
Had a strange flare issue a while back, turned out my mandrill and slipped. Readjusted the die and everything was fine again.

Re: Anyone reloading RMR 110gr bullets?
No idea about those RMR's. If you want some 150's you can use for plinking, there is always these: http://www.xtremebullets.com/308-150-FP-p/xc308-150fp-b0500.htm Also plated, so you'll need to watch your speeds with them as well. Use code 15offbullet to save 15%. I think that coupon code is dead n...

Re: Forming 300 AAC Brass - Flare when resizing
Not the first time... the first time it came out because apparently when I was putting the die back together I loosed the ball from the spindle. After I sorted that and put it back together then it began to rip the spindle out of the die. But now it's not causing that flare on the end of the case. I...

Re: Forming 300 AAC Brass - Flare when resizing
Well strange thing here... when I put it back together it was doing the same thing but the second case drug the expander ball out with it. In and effort to get it out I had it tightened all the way up at the top of the die. When it came out it was perfect. I ran a second one and it was perfect. Thir...
