Found this hiding in the bottom of the box: .30 cal bore snake - looks clean - don't think I ever used it (I did clean the rifle - just used a rod and brush/patches)

I had the same problem with the Wolf Magnum Rifle Primers in two different lowers. Try some other primer with the same lowers and see if anything changes (I even tried some small pistol primers, which worked fine for me.)
