Re: Troy PAR pump action?

I don't believe they are available yet, separately.

As a side note, in case you missed it, they'll only work on the troy PAR lower. The lower/upper's are specific to the PAR.

Re: Troy PAR pump action?

Yes, thank you! As you could surely tell, I had become very disappointed. Your idea pulled me through. I posted back here initially hoping someone would have an idea that'd get me back on track.

Re: Troy PAR pump action?

That did it! Torqued perfect alignment at 30ft/lbs. Tightened right up and it's altogether. Now its time for 240MK load development. :)

Thanks for the suggestion, it jogged my memory that I have at least one more barrel nut that I can try. Fingers crossed!

Re: Troy PAR pump action?

If I could replace this handguard, I would in an instant. This design really sux. I've tried everything from 30 - 60ft/lb and the stupid handguard will pull straight off. It also leaves a huge gap between it (and won't tighten down) and the receiver, looks bad. As you can tell, I'm very frustrated. ...

Re: Troy PAR pump action?

Txr, what torque did you use for the barrel nut? I'm having an issue getting it torqued between 30-60ft/lbs so I can get this poc handguard to work. It lines up at 20ft/lb or it looks like it going to take 80-90ft/lb too get it lined up. :/ I'm really starting to feel like I should have stuck with m...

Re: Troy PAR pump action?

Barrels off to Adco for welding the gas port shut. They told me they drill and tap it then weld it closed. Earlier this week I got the jp trigger installed. Setting up the trigger was super easy. Fitting the disconnector and safety was tedious and time consuming. I'm going to build a rifle for a bud...

Ambi Magazine Release?

I did some searching and found only about 4 units. Troy, KAC, Helsomethingorother and the Norgpn. I ended up ordering the Norgon as it seemed to be the least offensive to the lower(this is going on my sbr). While I've already ordered this model, I'd like to hear from others who've used one or more o...

Re: Troy PAR pump action?

I'm thinking about sending this barrel to adco and having the port welded shut. Really didn't want to do that but I think that will be the cleanest set up.
